I recommend using Google Analytics or another similar platform to help keep track of the results of your employee training so that you can see how much time employees are spending on the content and how many people are actually watching it. You can also use this information to make adjustments in the future if necessary.

4. Track attendance for each employee training session

Another important part of taking your employee training online is tracking attendance for each session.
