8. Does the LMS support the ability for different people within an organization (e.g., instructors, students) or across different organizations (e.g., departments, universities) to work together on one project/course/program?

9. Can learners share courses with other people inside or outside of their organization?

10. Does the LMS support content reuse across multiple courses and programs by allowing one instructor or organization to use content from another instructor or organization’s course(s)?

2. Are there specific standards or guidelines for creating courses, including naming conventions, content layout, etc.?

3. Can instructors easily change or update the content of a course?

4. Are courses easily accessible to learners?

5. Are courses easy to find by learners?

6. Can learners easily enroll in a course they want to take?

7. Can learners see what other courses are available and what their options are for taking them?

8. Does the LMS allow instructors to upload documents that can be used in a course (e.g., handouts, presentations, articles)?

9. Does the LMS allow instructors to add Web links (URLs) that can be used in a course (e.g., websites, video clips)?

10. Can instructors use content from other sources (e.g., other LMSs) within their own courses?
