Clutter can be a huge distraction and hindrance to study. When you study, it is best to focus on one thing at a time. To be able to concentrate, it is important to get rid of the clutter around you.

All That Clutter

It's the school holidays and that means that it’s the perfect time to start organizing the mess of notes and assignments we’ve accumulated over the year.

If you’ve spent the exam period constantly looking high and low for worksheets or having to beg friends to borrow notes that you’ve lost, you’re probably aware of how important it is to stay organized!

Messiness and clutter can make studying take much longer than it has to - research by the National Association of Professional Organizations found that paper clutter is the number 1 contributor to decreased productivity. The average person wastes 4.3 hours a week just searching for papers, and this results in frustration and stress.

Constantly having to search for documents also distracts you from concentrating on the actual content that you need to study. Ultimately, this results in spending less time doing proper studying, as well as reduced concentration and productivity.

To solve this problem, many students and teachers have found a solution: integrated online and offline storing of notes!

Benefits of Storing Documents Online

1. It’s easier to find notes and assignments when they are stored online. By simply using the ‘search’ function on your laptop, you can quickly find the exact worksheet you need. Filing documents is also more seamless and convenient when they can be organized into folders online.

2. Integrated online and offline organization can reduce clutter . Save precious room space by throwing away or recycling past worksheets and assignments without worrying about needing them again in future – as they’re all uploaded online!

3. It’s easier to edit notes when they’re online. If you tend to handwrite your notes, you may have found yourself wasting a lot of time rewriting them when you’ve got some information wrong. By uploading these handwritten notes online, editing them is seamless: you can simply add comments easily, thus saving space and study time!

4. Never lose notes and assignments. When physical documents are integrated into an online system, you no longer need to worry about losing worksheets or getting them damaged.

At Cudy, we offer online tuition in Singapore. We have a live streaming tuition system where you can also store worksheets and materials online.
