The most common answer I received was "I don't know." With the research now available, it seems that there are more and more health benefits for adults who drink coffee.

So, is it bad for children? Not at all.

Children need to have their bodies developed with healthy habits from a young age so they can continue to live healthy lives as adults. There is nothing wrong with drinking a cup of coffee or two a day—or even three!

Is coffee good for your health?

Many people believe that caffeine causes great harm to your body. This is not true. Caffeine actually has great benefits to the body when consumed in moderation over time.

Coffee helps you perform better on cognitive tests and can help reduce risks of cancer. As long as you do not consume too much caffeine, there should be no worry about how much coffee you drink per day.

Is coffee good for your heart?

Coffee is a stimulant, so it can cause your heartbeat to speed up. This can be a great thing when you are exercising and need a boost of energy.

If you are not exercising or just drinking coffee to get through the day, though, you may find that your heart rate becomes irregular and uncomfortable.

If you have gone this far into reading this article, there should be no question about whether or not coffee is good for your health! The answer is yes.

Why should you drink coffee?

There are many reasons to drink coffee. For one, it has been proven to reduce the risk of certain cancers such as liver cancer and colorectal cancer.

Two cups a day can reduce your risk for breast cancer by 20 percent. Coffee is also associated with reducing the risk of type II diabetes, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and depression. There is no reason not to drink coffee if you enjoy it!
