Try to start early and give yourself enough time to do everything properly without any pressure or stress.

You should try not to put too much pressure on yourself by setting unrealistic deadlines for your work. This will only make you more stressed out when you find that you cannot meet them.

Make sure that your priorities are clear

You should also know what is important in your life so that you can set realistic goals for yourself. While at the same time giving importance to those things which are most important in your life. Such as family, friends, relationships etc…

Having priorities in life will help you manage your time well and avoid any stress. As a result of overworking yourself or neglecting important things in life.

In order to avoid any kind of conflicts later on down the road. When it comes time for you to prioritize.

Because it may lead to extra stress due to lack of time if there is already a lot going on in your schedule during this busy semester at school.

Exercise regularly to have a good stress control

Also, try to set up a study schedule in order to organize your time. So that you can study for your exams. When you have good stress management it means you can study without any distractions from your daily activities such as school work, chores etc…

It is also important that you organize yourself in terms of managing your time so that you are not rushing from one place to another trying to get everything done before the end of the semester or before an exam.

If possible, try using a planner or schedule book in order to keep track of everything and plan out everything in advance.

This will help prevent any kind of last minute stress due to not having enough time left for everything that needs to be done before the end of the semester.
