The first method to manage stress is to work on yourself. There are many methods to work on yourself, but the first step is to figure out what is stressing you. After you have identified what is making you feel stressed, you can address it.

The second method to manage stress is to remove yourself from the environment that is causing you stress. You do not have to deal with it if you are not in the environment.

For example, if you are having a difficult time in a class, you can drop it or change your schedule to a different class.

The third method is to find a way to make yourself feel as if you are not stressed. For example, if you are in a large lecture class, you can purchase a laptop and watch movies while you are in class.

This way, you do not have to hear the lecture and you can still learn the material.

The fourth method is to find someone that you can talk to. You can talk to a friend or a professor. Usually, talking to someone will help you to de-stress.

The fifth method is to write your stress down. I find this method very helpful. When I have a lot of stress, I write it down. Then, I have a list of things that I can work on to be less stressed.

The sixth method is to exercise. Exercise has been proven to help with stress.
