As of 2018, Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) scored the highest mean score at 209.6 points out of a maximum of 250 points.

The Nanyang Girls' High School recorded the highest mean score for girls at 207.4 out of a maximum of 250 points.

The best secondary schools in Singapore ranked by scores on the GCE O-Level examination. As of 2017, Hwa Chong Institution scored the highest mean score at 29.9 points out of a maximum of 36 points.

Also for Raffles Girls' School recorded the highest mean score for girls at 28.0 out of a maximum of 36 points.

The best secondary schools in Singapore ranked by scores on the GCE A-Level examination.

As of 2016, Anglo-Chinese Junior College scored the highest mean score at 20.1 points out of a maximum of 24 points, and CHIJ Katong scored the highest mean score for girls at 19.4 out of a maximum 24 points.
